Submission Guidelines

Peer Review Guidelines

  • Plagiarism Check: To ensure originality, all submissions are screened using Turnitin (or equivalent plagiarism detection software). Papers failing this check will be desk-rejected immediately. By submitting a paper, authors agree to our single-blind review process and understand that manuscripts will undergo peer review only after passing the plagiarism check. Authors are required to submit revised manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments and may be asked to make further revisions before final publication, even after the conference.
  • Initial Scope Check: The Publication Chairs will conduct an initial review to confirm that the submission aligns with the conference themes and scope. Manuscripts that pass this stage will be forwarded for double-blind peer review.
  • Expert Review: Each manuscript will be evaluated by two to three independent experts in the relevant field for originality, methodological rigour, academic quality, and clarity of presentation.
  • Editorial Evaluation of Review Reports: Peer review reports will be assessed by an editor to ensure they meet international scientific standards.
  • Feedback to Authors: Valid peer review reports are shared with the authors, who are required to revise the manuscript according to the comments. If a review is deemed invalid, the editor may assign a new reviewer or make a decision based on their own judgment.
  • Author Revisions: Authors must provide a detailed response to all reviewer comments and revise their manuscript accordingly.
  • Editorial Re-evaluation: The editor evaluates the revised manuscript to confirm that all reviewer comments have been adequately addressed.
  • Final Decision: The Editors will make the final decision on acceptance for publication.
  • NOTE:Article Processing Charges (APCs) will apply according to the publisher’s guidelines.
